Starting a new job is scary enough, but without guidance you'll be completely lost. Offer a thorough orientation to ensure that their expectations are realistic and allow them to ask any questions that they may have about the company. By welcoming the employee and making them feel comfortable, you're encouraging a positive attitude that can reduce turnover rates.

Prioritize Life Over Work

At the end of the day, you want them to look back on the work they've done and be happy.

There's no foolproof method to increasing employee satisfaction around the office. You'll have to try some of these tips, gauge response, then implement another if necessary.   1. I wonder why this article didn't mention improving salaries and bonuses? Of course higher wages will not produce a long term effect on employee productivity but bonuses definitely could. Stop your employees from thinking of easy way to borrow cash, just provide them with this way and they'll be grateful.
